Host Hotel Requirements for Teams and Parents

All teams and families participating in the Cocoa Expo Sports Center Events are required to stay on site or at one of our host hotels. To receive your discount rate you must call Cocoa Expo to receive your discout code before contacting the hotel.

We have a wide variety of hotels to choose from, whether you are looking for the best rate to teams wanting full service hotels.  Failure to abide by the above restrictions will result in removal of your team from the event.

All payments for team hotels must be sent no less than 30 days prior to your teams arrival or Cocoa Expo may not be able to guarantee your reservation.  Parent hotels can be paid later. 

Teams are not confirmed at their Cocoa Expo contracted hotel until a team representative verifies the reservation made by Cocoa Expo directly with the hotel group sales manager.

It is recommended that teams register early as our special group rates are only good upon availability.  Parent and family rooms and rates may vary from team rates.  For last minute and miscellaneous parent and family rooms or if you would like to speak with someone about our host properties, feel free to call 321-639-EXPO (3976) or email us at [email protected]
