Payment Information
Applications must be accompanied by an initial non-refundable deposit check in the amount of $500.00. No reservation can be held without deposit. There will be a 30 day cancellation period upon receipt of the initial deposit. Your balance due must be paid at the time of check-in. In addition, a damage/loss deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be paid at check-in. If you have no damage or loss assessments, the $500.00 deposit will be refunded at check-out. Make all checks payable to the Cocoa Expo Sports Center. Mail application with deposit to: Cocoa Expo Sports Center, 500 Friday Road, Cocoa, FL 32926 All checks returned to Cocoa Expo for non-sufficient funds will be charged a $35.00 NSF Fee. A certified check or money order for the original check amount plus the additional $35.00 NSF fee must be submitted to Cocoa Expo prior to the individual or groups being allowed to participate in any future function at Cocoa Expo.
