Registration, orientation and graduation ceremony

Registration and orientation will be Sunday’s from 3-6pm in the convention center ballroom “Dolphin” 1^st. floor

Meals

All Meals (breakfast-lunch-dinner) will be served in one of the Manatee room’s A-D in the Conventions center 2nd floor.

 Transportation

Transportation to the fields and back to the hotel will be provided by Cocoa Expo Sports with a school bus and a professional driver.

Fields

Camp fields will be used at the Cocoa Beach Rec. Center behind Cocoa Beach High School. There are two full size soccer fields and one football field. Water and tent for shade will be provided.

Office

The camp administration will have an office in the second floor of the convention center (either room Egret-Heron-Flamingo or Pelican) during the time of the camp June 9^th to August 3^rd. This room will be equipped with desktop computers, printer and phone system. The room will be also used to store balls, uniforms etc.

  Farewell Party

Every Thursday night 9-11pm we will have our farewell party at the upper deck on the Mambos Bar and Grill. DJ, light system and drinks will be provided by Cocoa Expo Sport. The party will be separated and no other people have access to the party

  Security

Campers will be wearing the whole time during the week a special camp t-shirt with a number on the back and a wristband. These will help to identify the campers quick from all other guests in the hotel. All Campers are supervised 24/7 from coaches and counselors. The ratio coach’s / counselor will be 1/10.

Parents have to sign a camper responsibility contract. In this contract will be listed all rules and regulations for the camp. Campers may not go anywhere on the complex without a coach or counselor. The hotel security will watch the kids as well. There is a trainer available throughout all training sessions and the coaches and counselors are available off the field as well.  The front desk is open 24 hours each day to handle any emergencies.

The "All Star Buffet" offers teams and visitors with a convenient place to enjoy a great well balanced meal.  The all-you-can-eat buffet allows individuals to enjoy themselves as needed prior to matches.  The first class staff helps provide a good training and competition diet with good carbohydrate / electrolyte balance and plenty of fruits and vegetables.  Coca Cola is an official supplier for the "All Star Buffet".
