Schedule Request Form

  • Teams will be provided a schedule request form in December
  • Coaches have until December 15th to submit the schedule request forms
  • Teams can request the number of games and practices they want
  • Teams can request which teams they want to play and which teams they cannot play (Same Conference, Region)
